In 2006, BBI Immobilien AG strategically realigned its business operations. As a stock corporation specialising in real estate, our aim is to develop a theme-oriented portfolio.

The BBI Immobilien AG invests exclusively  in commercial real estate in good locations, in particular in specialist retail centres and shopping centres. The whole is more than the sum of its parts: the business area of BBI AG thus comprises its long-term holdings in what are largely fully-developed commercial properties, as well as their professional management.

This strategy enables us to enjoy a long-term increase in value whilst also being able to add value for the long-term.
